The Club is affiliated with the national Lawn Tennis Association*, and is also, with effect from 2024, recognised by the Charities Commission as a Charitable Incorporated Organisation (CIO, charity no. 1207259). The trustees of the club are elected annually at the AGMs

Chris is our health and safety officer – the primary responsibility for safe use of the club’s facilities rests with those using them. But Chris is the person to contact if you notice any defect or risk to health and safety at the club premises. There is an accident book in the clubhouse; members are urged to enter details of any accident, however minor, so that we can assess what can be done to make accidents less likely and take action as appropriate.
