The Club is affiliated with the national Lawn Tennis Association*, and is also, with effect from 2024, recognised by the Charities Commission as a Charitable Incorporated Organisation (CIO, charity no. 1207259). The trustees of the club are elected annually at the AGMs
As per the ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING held on 29 April 2025, the trustees, officers and committee members of Cardinham Sports Club are as given below, but note that Rob was finally allowed to resign from his position as Chair due to personal commitments, and Steve Clemens was elected as Chairman with effect from the meeting of 1st October 2025..

* Note that at the special meeting on Club Development held subsequent to this AGM, it was agreed that Fin would join the committee as a supporter and adviser. Note also that Sue withdrew from the committee in July due to personal commitments, and in SEptember 2025, Steve agreed to take over the role as chairman.
